Instead of traditional lap racing, the focus is on escaping relentless pursuers through crowded city streets filled with hazards. With stylish cars, smooth drifting, and constant pressure, the game delivers an adrenaline-fueled experience from start to finish.
Master the Art of the Getaway
Your objective is straightforward: drive fast, think quickly, and avoid capture. HOTGEAR offers two main modes—Free Roam and Missions—each providing a unique challenge.
In Missions, you must reach your destination before time runs out while enemies try to stop you using bombs and traps. Free Roam allows you to explore the city freely, practice drifting, and learn the layout of the roads without pressure.
Staying on the main road gives you maximum speed, while grass and dirt slow you down. Small objects can be smashed through with minimal impact, but heavy barriers will stop you completely, making route planning essential.
